2. General information on data processing
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Your data is processed exclusively on the basis of legal provisions (GDPR, BDSG, TTDSG).
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. Processing generally only takes place with the user's consent or when processing is permitted by law.

- Technical information such as IP address, browser type, operating system (accessible in the server logs of our hosting provider)

4. Web hosting and data storage
Our website and services are hosted by an external hosting provider. The provider processes personal data on our behalf as a data processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, on the basis of a data processing agreement.
5. Domain registration
For the registration and management of domains, we work with accredited domain registrars, who receive the data required for the registration.
Depending on the domain extension, the registry responsible for it also processes the registration data.

For payment processing, we use external payment service providers. They receive the data required to process your payment, such as your name, billing address, the amount and the payment method.
Teculiar itself does not store complete payment data (e.g. credit card numbers). We only store technical references (tokens or transaction markers) to be able to assign payments.
The privacy policy of the respective payment service provider also applies. You can find it on the provider's website or during checkout.
